I've been working super hard on creating a program that I wish I had available to me when I first started my fitness journey.
Not only was I 30 lbs heavier, but I suffered from postpartum depression. Some days it took everything I had just to get out of bed, much less take care of 4 kids under the age of 10.
After finally fighting my way out of that dark hole, and spending countless hours doing things that I thought would work, but didn't, I finally connected with a coach who gave me the encouragement, motivation, and most of all, inspiration to lose my baby weight.
Throughout this process I discovered I had a passion for fitness and nutrition, and I wanted to help other mothers escape the feeling of defeat and dread that I felt.
I decided to dedicate my career to doing just that. I retrofitted my garage to be a training studio, and opened my first training program back in 2016.
This has allowed me to connect with hundreds of other women who all went through something like I did.
I have been asked multiple times if I could put everything I know into a guide for women who need to hear this information, but just can't get to my studio to work with me.
I am happy to say that I have been working day and night on doing just that. They corissaFIT SuperMOM program is almost done.
